Bill Vasilieff is the Chairman of Novia Global and the CEO of Novia. Prior to setting up Novia he was one of the four founding directors of Selestia where, having joined in 2001, he spent six years in the role of Marketing Director. Selestia was one of the earliest and most successful fund platforms in the UK. Before this role he was at fund manager M&G where he spent eight years, ending in the role as executive director in charge of product development.
Steve has over thirty years’ financial services experience in retail and institutional asset management platforms as well as life and pensions, both in the UK and internationally.
Steve joined Novia Global in 2019 with a desire to lead the charge into a new world of clear and transparent online services and take Novia Global forward into the next phase of its development.

Paul Parry has worked as both Finance Director and Managing Director in the IT industry and brings to Novia Global a wealth of experience in a highly regulated and ever changing environment
Director of Business Management and IT
Dave has been working in the platform industry for the last 15 years. He spent five years at Cofunds where he helped launch the platform, led the operations team, and guided the platform processes for institutional business. Dave then moved to Selestia and developed the consolidation proposition which involved working with Advisers to move assets onto the platform.
For the last seven years Dave has been head of institutional business at Novia Financial, including managing migration projects resulting in over £0.5bn of assets moving to the platform as well as being responsible for the award winning discretionary proposition.
Dave is passionate about Customer service and believes that with its market leading technology, Novia Global will be at the forefront of the offshore platform market.
Head of Risk and Compliance
Tony has been in the financial services for 40 years, where he has held senior roles in Operations, Marketing and Compliance. He is trustee for two charities, one of which he chairs. A keen golfer, sports fan and still running!
Nick spent the first part of his career in the Accountancy sector as an Auditor and Financial Controller and is a qualified accountant. He then moved into the Financial Services sector where he has worked for the last 25 years both in Operational, Directorship and Consultancy roles.
Nick has worked with Discretionary Fund Managers, Life and Pension Companies and Platforms, typically involving the regulatory responsibility for Client Money.
