Onboarding and training

Adopting a new platform can feel disruptive. We completely understand. That’s why we’ve created a comprehensive onboarding program to help your business thrive and leave no questions unanswered. Here’s how it works.

Stage 1:
Engagement

The first step is to understand you, your business and your ambitions for using our platform. This normally takes place over video call. We will also give you a live demo of the platform.

Stage 2:
Planning

We’ll create a training plan for all necessary people within your organisation and arrange a schedule for delivering it online.

Stage 3:
Training

Training plans will be delivered to specific individuals in your business – covering configuration, transacting, research activities and servicing. 

Stage 4:
Go live

Support as you submit business onto the platform to make sure the process is executed faultlessly. (Thanks to the previous steps, this bit will probably feel like overkill.)

Stage 5:
Evolution

We will check in with you regularly to make sure everything is running smoothly and see if we can help you get more value from the platform.
