Has my withdrawal request been paid out yet?

To monitor whether a withdrawal has been paid, please check the client’s transaction history. Advisers are able to view the transaction history by choosing the client in the platform, selecting the product they wish to view, then selecting transaction history at the top of the page.

Clients can view their own transaction history by logging in and choosing ‘Reports.’

If you do not see the withdrawal on the transaction history and would like to receive an update, please contact us directly.
