Steve has over thirty years’ financial services experience in retail and institutional asset management platforms as well as life and pensions, both in the UK and internationally. Steve joined Novia Global in 2019 with a desire to lead the charge into a new world of clear and transparent online services and take Novia Global forward into the next phase of its development.
Paul Parry
Chief Financial Officer
Paul has worked as both Finance Director and Managing Director in the IT industry and brings to Novia Global a wealth of experience in a highly regulated and everchanging environment.
Chris Skelhorn
Sales Director
Chris has over 25 years’ experience in sales and account management within the investment industry. He joined Novia Financial just after launch in 2009 and has extensive knowledge of how platforms can shape businesses to deliver efficiency and offer unparalleled investment choice.

Tony has been in the financial services for 40 years, where he has held senior roles in Operations, Marketing and Compliance. He is a trustee for two charities, one of which he chairs. A keen golfer, sports fan and still running!
David Field

Dave has held a number of roles at Novia Global including Head of Customer Service and Director of Business management and IT. He is passionate about delivering a market leading proposition and excellent customer service
Linda Johnstone
Head of Investment Proposition
Linda has over 25 years’ experience in international financial services and an in-depth experience across the wealth management field. She is passionate about bringing her experience and knowledge of funds, platforms and DFMs together to further enhance our investment proposition and provide advisers with the tools and choice to deliver an appropriate investment solution for their clients.
Scott Sinclair
Operations Director
Scott has over 20 years’ experience of leading and working in Operations. He spent 15 years at TLT solicitors working closely and supporting several financial industries. Scott then moved to Hargreaves Lansdown in 2018 to lead the trading and asset management functions, successfully overseeing the largest trading volumes on record.

Paul Forman
International Sales Manager
Paul has been involved in financial services for over 25 years, including adviser-facing sales roles for the 20 years. He is a Chartered Financial Planner and holds Fellowship status with the Personal Finance Society. Paul has extensive UK and international experience, which he has gained in earlier roles with an international pension trustee and before that as regional sales manager for several leading offshore life offices.
Darren Moth
International Sales Manager
Darren has worked within Financial Services since 2005, including roles as a Paraplanner, Support Team Leader and Practice Manager within different Adviser Firms in the South West of England. As an International Sales Manager, Darren endeavours to draw on his knowledge of platforms and experience as an ‘end user’ to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that Novia Global delivers a market leading offshore proposition. Darren is a Chartered Financial Planner and a fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
Rob Montague
International Sales Manager
Rob has over 30 years’ experience working with advisers in the financial services industry, including in an investment platform sales consultancy role for the last nineteen years. His experience includes working in partnership with financial advisers, trust companies and discretionary managers in the UK and Channel Islands to provide support for their retail and professional clients.
Mark Maplesden
Principal Representative Officer
Mark has worked in financial services since 2007, beginning his career in Central London before relocating to the UAE in 2013 to join an international life company. He has now been based in Dubai for over ten years and has extensive experience working with advisers and clients across international markets.
Mark has a strong background in financial sales, investment management, retirement planning and wealth management. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Keele University and the CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

Cat has been working in Financial Services for over 22 years and has experience in both Operational and Sales Teams throughout her time in the industry. Cat is passionate about finding ways to help firms improve on their operating efficiencies and strongly believes in providing a top-class service at all times.
